Hey there! I’m Ashlyn—most people call me Ash—and I’m a local real estate agent here in the Columbia Gorge. I live in Dukes Valley, (Odell area) with my husband (he’s in construction) and have a deep love for this wild, beautiful place we get to call home.
I’m not your typical suit-and-heels kind of agent. I’m more like your boots-on-the-ground, straight-talking, ready-with-a-list kind of person. Whether you're buying your first cabin in Parkdale, selling a longtime family home in Mosier, or finally chasing that Gorge view property you've been dreaming about—I’m here to help you do it with clarity, confidence, and a little fun along the way.
Before real estate, I worked behind the scenes in the building and design world, so I bring that eye for detail, strategy, and possibility into every transaction. I love houses—but more than that, I love helping people move into the next chapter of their lives.
When I’m not showing homes or digging into contracts, you can find me hiking some of the most thrilling hikes in the USA, gardening, running my monthly book club, fishing, or sipping something local and bubbly with friends.
